Delete your CEO Hero account

An account is required to use CEO Hero. You can delete it, and the data synced to it, at any time in the app. Email deletion is available once a contact address is listed here.

In the app (fastest)

Open CEO Hero and go to Settings › Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away. Progress on that phone is kept until you uninstall the app or use Settings › Reset all progress.

Without the app

Delete the account in the app (above). A contact mailbox will appear here when one is set; until then the in-app delete is the way to remove the account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email address, display name and Google or Apple link) in Firebase Authentication.
Your profile (app version, last sign-in time, role and plan) and all synced learning progress (XP, streak, study time, sparks, achievements, quests, league standing, path progress and question stats).
Ask Bit memory and the daily Ask Bit count.
Elite documents and reviews, boardroom runs and capstone runs.
Certificates you earned, and the check-page record for those certificate IDs.
Insights, email preferences and the email outbox rows that name your account.
League membership, your friends list and the matching link on each friend's account, your referral code, quizzes, exams and pulse answers.
A pending completion-reward claim. The anonymised ledger (a hash, a value and a month) is kept as a financial record.

What is kept

If you had a paid plan: a record of the store purchase (product, dates and status), marked deleted and identified only by hashes, with your email, name and account ID removed, so the same subscription can't be moved to another account.
The hashed install id for a completion reward, so it can still be claimed only once. It has no email or name on it.
For up to a day, a deletion marker with no email, name or progress, so a leftover sign-in cannot write the account back. The daily cleanup then removes it.
Standard server and security logs, which expire on Google Cloud's normal schedule.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. On Android, cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. On iOS, cancel it in the App Store.

To delete only some data instead: Settings › Privacy › Delete my data clears the on-phone usage counts, and Settings › About you deletes your setup answers. See the Privacy policy for everything the app stores.
